Trouble Books are from Akron, OH. They list their influences as "Czech hardcore from around 1933" If that doesn't make you want to listen to their sweet new Green vinyl, I don't know what will. Check out more info and tour dates on their MySpace. You can buy their record from Bark & Hiss Records.
